Thermostat Display shows not Entry Key

Have a 2nd iPhone which I want to also use to control thermostat settings.  Thermostat shows it connect to an account (an iPhone) but provides no entry key value.  How do I obtain the Entry Key?  Can only one phone be used?

You can use several phones, but you need to allow the user of the new phone to be included.

Settings - Home/Away Assist - What decides if you're home

Settings - Family - Add Person

Answer does not solve problem. Found "Home/Away Assistant" but offers nothing.  No entry for "Family". I do not have the current version of Nest thermostat. Perhaps that is part of the problem.  How do I determine which version I have?

I take it you looked at both solutions?
