Have a 2nd iPhone which I want to also use to control thermostat settings. Thermostat shows it connect to an account (an iPhone) but provides no entry key value. How do I obtain the Entry Key? Can only one phone be used?

You can use several phones, but you need to allow the user of the new phone to be included.

Answer does not solve problem. Found "Home/Away Assistant" but offers nothing. No entry for "Family". I do not have the current version of Nest thermostat. Perhaps that is part of the problem. How do I determine which version I have?
