Nest Guard Offline, won't restart

Our Nest Guard went offline this morning, I have tried to reboot it by holding the 5 button. It appears to reboot and the blue light is spinning, but has been doing that all day. I saw a couple other posts in which this has happened to

Thank you Brad, the Guard was defective and has been replaced.
