I talked to Google about the video not being available on my floodlight camera, battery, and indoor, they said it's my internet and it's not. I think it's the app because my nest aware works fine.

The first thing to try is factory reset the camera, then set it up again.

If the issue persists after trying that, the best thing to do is contact Google Nest support and let them know you've already tried resetting the camera.
