Auto adjust to my nest

The way PSEG can adjust my Nest thermostats is ridiculous. Never authorized. To disallow is also totally confusing on some app that I was redirected to.

Resolved! Nest aware renewal not showing up

So my nest aware subscription renewed on July 23, got the email and they took the money out but my account says no subscription. Can't find anything exactly like this and the automated system hangs up on me. Anyone have this issue?
