My video history playback on my Nest camera has stopped working. I'm not sure if it's because my free trial has expired - I cannot find a way to upgrade my subscription. Can anyone help? Thanks

I am also facing the same problem. The nest cameras and App are useless at this point.
Brad: I see many people are facing the same problem(in other closed threads) please offer some suggestions on how to resolve this issue instead of closing or locking the thread,

Agreed. Lots of people posting about the same problem. Thread gets responded to by Brad the bot. No resolution then locked. Failures on multiple fronts.
