Resolved! Nest camera video history playback not working

Hi,I have been having trouble being able to see the video history for my nest Hello doorbell and camera. I use the Nest app on iOS. I click on the history but it won’t play like it used too. Please help. thanks!

Resolved! Just still images, no stored video
