Hello last night one of my Nest protects kept saying Hi with the blue circle. I did a reset on it then and for 8 hours it was fine. Then again it started saying Hi. I have reset it twice since then and have now unplugged it and removed the batteries. Is there a solution to stop it saying Hi

I reckon one of the Admins here can chip to help. They’ll probably ask you to fill out a form and take it from there. Is it under warranty?

Hello it is out of warranty, bought in 2017. I have just put the batteries back in and reset it so will see if that works
