Need Nest base replacement

Jelauri

My town had a power surge and it seems to have compromised my thermostat’s RH connector. The thermostat isn’t reading power where the wire is supplying the appropriate voltage. I’d love to know how to get a replacement as the thermostat itself isn’t defective. I bought it from Lowe’s just about a year ago.
