I need to add my existing sensors to my new phone. When I scan the QR code, it says my sensor are already connected to an account. I tried removing the batteries from all of them for about an hour to reset but that did nothing. HELP! Is it at all possible to reset these sensors?

@PatrickLannan51, I'm sorry to hear that you're also having the same issue. Please make sure that you're logged in with the same email address that was used when you added your Nest Temperature Sensor in the Nest App. If so, check for other available structures where you might add it. Here's your guide on how to switch home structures.
