Device room management problem

Hi, is there a problem on room management in the google.home app? I've been arranging the device to a specific room and after a few hours it will reset and move it all to linked to you devices at the buttom.

August Door lock automations

Have august door lock as a device in google home. I can do an automation to lock the door, but cannot do an automation to unlock door. The menu options change for allowable actions between the two automations, and they do not include an unlock option...
