Chrome cast has not been working since last week. Have put in two call

HeyI just moved and I need to connect my chromecast to my new WiFi
network. It tells me to restore the factory settings, but on the help
sites it’s only possible when connected to a WiFi. This makes it
impossible for me. Can anybody help?
