Why does nest not allow less than 30mins hot water

Why does nest not allow less than 30mins hot water setting? We’re all under significant pressure (understandably) to use less gas, but the ability set the time less than 30mins is not helping! Anybody else as frustrated?

Documentation required to resubscribe to nest Aware?

Why is that I am required to submit any document before I resubscribe to nest aware?Is that necessary?It is just another way of proliferate identity theft by collecting people personal information for something that is needed.
