Overcharged for Nest Aware Plus upgrade

Flatmate has been overcharged for an upgrade. Contacted customer care and escalated it 3 seperate times, each time saying they are correct. Stop stealling from us and fix your billing system.

Cancelled my subscription

I’ve cancelled my Nest subscription a few weeks ago and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve luckily took snapshots of the cancellation. Please please help!!
