Generation 3 nest heat link

Hi I have a 3rd generation nest but the heat link has stopped working has power to it but none of the lights come on guessing it’s a faulty unit it’s only been fitted a year are you able to advise what to do next? thanks Steve

Upgrade from 1st Gen to nest aware

All my history for years of recording has been deleted. My new nest aware plus subscription was instantly canceled as well. So I have no subscription, no history. How is this possible?

Nest Aware applied to incorrect account

H, we just subscribed to Nest Aware (October 2nd 2021) and then discovered that we had chosen the wrong account, could you issue a refund so that we can then set up the Nest Aware on the account that we had intended to use, Thank you!
