Unable to connect to nest wifi

Unable to connect to my wifi nest. I get to the point of scanning the code, it searches, unable to find. WTF? Tried scanning dozens of times, can't connect.

I changed my internet service and had to reconnect my router and service points. The Qi code is missing from one of the service points. What do I do? The others I scanned the code and everything worked.

I want to add an additional Nest Point to my Wi-Fi network, however I do not have a QR code nor the 8 digit setup code. The packaging appears to have been lost. How do I proceed with setup?

Internet DIS-connection
