Chromecast with Google TV not booting/connecting to wifi or resetting

Hi,

My Chromecast with Google TV has stopped working, and is on a black screen. I reset the device to no avail, I changed the power cable, restarted the wifi router and changed the HDMI port, tried the rest button on the chromecast. All have not resolved the chromecast issue.

I contact with support team two weeks ago, but still haven’t got any response.

I got an email yesterday that Google would replace me with a new Chromecast.
Google also didn't tell me, what's wrong with the Chromecast.
(It may be related to the firmware version)
I also responded to Google, how to deal with the failure after the warranty expired.
I didn’t get a positive reply.
Let's hope this third Chromecast survives a little longer.
Hope Google can give us an answer.
