Resolved! Google Home "TV unavailable"

My PC's and phone can SEE the TV but say it's unavailable.About a week ago I had to unplug Chromecast for a bit. Then the cable guy was here.Not sure why it won't connect. Any ideas? I tried adding the device to a "new room" but that didn't help.

Garrett doesn’t respond to any emails and then wants to delete posts so other can’t see them just another aspect of censorship. Just another reason Google sucks. Nest didn’t have any issues until Google took over and is why I’ll never migrate.
