Nest aware plus

Familiar faces recognition works great. But I’d like to NOT be notified of a familiar face. And only be notified of UN-familiar faces. Is this available? If not, it should be an option to avoid unwanted and unnecessary people alerts.

No video stored when doorbell pressed.

No video is stored when the doorbell is pressed. An indoor nestcam picks up the visitor doorbell announcement but when checking the history of the doorbell it is blank. It’s a battery doorbell with 52% battery left.
