Help with renewing subscription

I would love to contact someone to renew my subscription with my cameras. I’m on the phone waiting to hear from someone and it’s been over an hour and 15 minutes is there anyway you can provide me with an accurate telephone number

nest aware trouble

My wife can't access the nest service on her phone even though I added her to my account. I'd like to speak with a tech rep by PHONE!

new nest aware is terrible

I've had the basic subscription of $50 a year for 4 years. That was fine, I didn't need more than a few days video history (5 or 7 days, don't recall). I was "upgraded" to the new $80 a year plan last month and just realized I no longer have any vide...
