Resolved! Google nest hub unable to complete set up

Always stuck on the page after select language. Fail to set up with error -83902.The doorbell and wired camera are successfully set up. Only issue is the nest hub.Nest hub is able to set up on different wifi.

Google nest mini

Nest mini doesn't recognize voice commands . After a reset of one nest mini , the voice commands are again recognized but only for a short time ( 2 minutes ) . Connection is Ok because I can see all 4 devices .What can be wrong ?
