Nest only takes images and no videos are ever recorded

I have no idea what’s wrong with my nest cam. It’s no longer recording videos, doesn’t send a notification of people or movement, only sound. And then I can’t even play back videos. The toggle doesn’t help - those are only still photos. We have a nes...

Portugues on Nest Hub 2nd Gen

God help me as i'm almost throwing away my 2nd Gen Nest Hub down the stairs. Why is it not in Portuguese yet My english is horrible, am still trying to say "play next song" without turning off all the lights.
