Hub max won't reboot

My device won't offline. It is stuck at the G logo. I've turned it off, unplugged for 10 seconds multiple times, rebooted with holding volume buttons down and it does nothing. I tried to reset it through app but since it's offline it can't.

Hub randomly lights up

As some others here have said, my display decided to light up super bright right at 2:00 A.M. this morning waking me up and did it again maybe an hour later. This is not acceptable and I'm beginning to be sorry that I ever tried Google Home.............
