"Broadcast" responds but doesn't Broadcast

When I ask Home to Broadcast it works fine. When my husband asks, it responds and even says "Broadcasting" but it does not broadcast. We tried "Broadcast to all speakers" and that doesn't work either for him.Thanks!

Multiple Accounts for Nest Points

Hi. I have a new google nest wifi system with two access points. Is it possible to set it up so that each wifi point is linked to a different google account but still share the same google wifi router? If so, how do I do that?
