How can we get action on enhancements to the cookbook app?

I've seen multiple post and issues with the cookbook app we use on our Google Hub. Why are none of these being addressed? Is there no development being done on this? Nobody wants to waste time using an app that is not going to be improved by end user...

Nest Thermostat to Google Home

I am trying to get my Nest 3rd gen Learning Thermostat to show up in my google home app and cannot get past the "sign into Nest". It won't let me log into my nest account.

Unable to change payment method for Nest billing

I'm unable to update my payment method once I entered in the details of my credit card. I also cannot remove the two existing cc's on file. This is the page - store.nest.com/account/subscriptions

Constantly being logged out of nest app
