Group assignment

All the devices that I have loaded show up on the main homepage with the correct room assignments. I’am also able to create groups. With one exception. One of the TVs ,in a room by itself , doesn’t show up on the list of eligible devices for grouping...

Too many names for one house

My app show 3 names of houses for one (1) account which only has (1) one house. One camera is in one name and the rest of my devices are in another. How to meld this?

Nest never sending code to sign in

Suddenly my nest app wants me to sign in and after I sign it says it is sending a code to my email…the code never comes. This was an issue for many a long time ago. Does anyone know the fix?
