Resolved! Cannot set up Yale lock anymore

I’ve been having trouble getting my Yale lock to reconnect after changing my Wi-Fi. I’ve tried to factory reset several times, as well as, removing and adding my Connect device which seems to be working fine. Any ideas?

Nest camera history gone

Yes, I do have Nest Aware Subscription. I’ve had the BASIC but since my history is completely gone, I just upgraded to Plus. Why is my history gone? Is there a way to getit? I have nothing prior to 11am this morning.

Can’t find my nest aware account

Hey! I have laid for a nest aware subscription but i can’t seem to access it. I can’t figure out if it got linked to a different account or what, BUT I’m laying for a subscription that I’m not able to utilize and I’m really frustrated.
