Nest subscription won’t allow record

Hi. I paid for my best aware subscription but it still won’t record motion or sound snapshots and only comes up at a screenshot of the time it happened. I’m so close to just getting rid of everything google out of my house.

Yale lock problem

My Yale lock tells me the deadbolt is jammed and won’t lock but it actually locked and fully extended….what does this mean and how can I fix this?

Why does this suck?

So, the battery doesn't charge, it turns the heat on and off when it does have a charge and doesn't make sense. Why does this suck so much?
