Help lower my GB use by my 3 cameras

My GB's are running out before my purchased monthly allotment for the last 2 months after having the cameras operating for over a year. There's no change in GB demand otherwise. How do I lower the amount of GB'S used by Nest Cameras?@Linkstomembers
