No event recordings

I am having the same issue as user Nest888, camera we’re working fine during the trail now all I get are the notifications and 1 shot of the event. It’s like it freezes but I get live feeds. does anyone know what the issue is?

Nest aware not working

Nest cam worked fine for free trial but after subscribing after the 30 days it has not worked at all as far as recordings only shows live video and I’m also trying to contact someone for overcharging on nest aware
