Missing Protect 230v Connector

I recently purchased a number of Nest Protects from you. One of the devices is missing the connector for the mains. Is it possible to send out another connector?

Nest Smoke Detector

My smoke detectors successfully run sound checks. I get a notification on my phone that a test will happen. However, the notification occurs AFTER the sound check and in the meantime I go into "find the fire mode." Any ideas how to fix this?

Light ring too sensitive

I can’t get my alarm far enough away for the bed to stop the light coming on every time I move and arm ! I have tried it all over the ceiling is there a way to turn it off or make it less sensitive ?

Unable to reset google nest protect

Hi. I purchased a user protect that has 9 years left on it. Put in new batteries and all is good. did a factory reset but after it completes (countdown etc) it goes back to saying ready in the hall way. is there an alternative option or method?
