will not reconnect to wifi when wifi drops

Hi , when the wifi router restart or after a power failure the google home will start before the wifi si on and it will not reconnect unless we power off the google home /google home mini I would expect it to try and recount aftre x mins

Nest mini

I'm trying to connect my nest mini and she keeps saying please log in to Google home app. I tried factory reset but it never told me it reset or anything. The only thing she says is log in to your Google home app. So frustrating

Will not play in groups
