Home mini wont connect

I moved and now my google home mini wont connect to my new network. I factory reset it twice. It will start the process and make a sound, then as it says it is finalizing, and error message appears saying it cannot communicate. What else can I do?

Settings incomplete on Nest Hub

Volume keeps dropping

I set my Nest Mini to a certain volume, and it keeps dropping to 20%. Is there a way to stabalize volume on the device?
