I cannot find the MAC ID of my device. All instructions I find on the web are incorrect or only give IP address, not MAC ID. It is not given on the device itself and the app only shows the IP address. How do I get the MAC ID?

Google Nest Hub Not working Properly when Touched

All of a sudden my displays are acting weird. Normally when I touch the screen it has the screen where you can quickly touch and turn on lights in that room, as an example. And normally if you slide down from the top you get all the different choices...
