Where can I give feedback on Nest Aware subscriptions? I've been charged for one that doesn't even have cameras on it, but no refund, no credit, no satisfaction!

Duplicate subscription?

Hello. I received an email that there was a "payment issue" with my subscription, however I had paid for a year in advance on Sept. 30, 2022 (so it's set to expire in Sept. 2023). Can someone please look into this? Thank you. Ryan Babcock
