Nest WIFI BUFFERING - apps and iPad updated!!

Hello I have 5 nest cameras and over the past month I have had constant buffering on my nest app. All iPads are up today, apps are updates and subscription is still valid, so i'm not to sure what is happening. Any assistance would be appreciated.

My nest app gives no option for signing u for nest aware. Why would you make signing up so difficult?? And getting help is ridiculous. It’s taken me 20 minutes just to find a help forum and there’s no one here to help! I have to wait around for some ...
