Nest aware not recording on external cameras

So frustrating. I’ve had nest aware for 6 months and recent noticed there is no recording past 2-3 hours on several cameras. Nest says to login through google to view history but it seems to glitch every time & wont send reset password email either

NestHub 2ª Gen Google

I bought a Nest Hub 2 Gen system today. They said it came with the PT_BR language available, but I can't find this configuration. Does anyone know if it is possible to configure in PT or PT-BR? If so how do I do it? Thanks

Nest aware

I have nest aware for all my cameras and recently one of the cameras ( nest IQ ) stopped recording. When I open the app to see the cameras it shows a message about getting aware to have events recorded, then it goes away and my previous history shows...

Pause nest aware subscription

I have an annual nest aware subscription. I sold my house and will be living with family until my new house is finished being built. Is it possible to pause my nest aware subscription so that I’m not paying for time that I’m not using it?
