How can I review old videos from my nest cámara, I remember I can review videos before, but now I can’t? Can someone please help me or maybe I’m doing something wrong in the settings? Thank you

I subscribed to 24/7 video history. In order to view it, In the Google Nest Help it says "Near the bottom of the screen, tap History" There is no "History" to tap on the bottom of the screen.Help!

Practical difference between Nest Aware and Plus??

I'm not sure which service to take and not really finding answers on the website as to the practical differences. One is twice the price but what are the reasons why? Thanks in advance.
