Is it possible to access Nest Cam footage during the time between subscriptions? There was a day lag between subscription renewal and now there are 60 days of footage that is not being reported as "offline". Is this footage accessible still?

NEST Aware Not available in Dubai

Does anyone know why Nest is not offering recording in some countries? I am in Dubai and not able to subscribe to it... it has been years and they keep saying not available in your region?
