So Frustrating! Can't save clips!

Every since Nest merged with Google I can not save video clips! I can look back at clips but can not save them for future use. I must be able to do this like I have been able to in the past or I have no need for them anymore. I have made post on here...

Resolved! Wrong device on nest aware subscription

HiI purchased a nest aware subscription (on a google nest thermostat) instead of my nest door bell. How do correct this without cancelling existing subscription (I purchased annual). Can I switch the device? Both are in same property/structure
