Is Nest Aware Plus Discontinued?

Help refers to "Nest Aware Plus" that offers 60 day event and 10 day continuous recording. But no where can I find where to upgrade my subscription to it. Nor can I find any announcement that it was discontinued. What's up with that?

Recover old footage

Is there a way to recover older than 3 months camera footage. I presume it goes to the Cloud, and maybe for some extra payment we could get hold of it.
