I have an account and 3 nest smoke alarms at work and 3 smokes at home. how can I watch all of them without login in and out. is there a way to merge?

Nest app has no devices

I bought a new phone and I transfered all my apps to my new phone. Now when I log in to the nest app, none of my devices are there.I uninstalled and reinstalled the nest app and still no devices. HELP!
