Nest video playback freezes

The playback on my Nest camera has been stalling for weeks. I understand it is a software update issue. Is there any information on when this will be resolved. I’m almost ready to find another company. @nestaware

Nest Aware subscription - Shipping ?

Nest aware Subscription

I recently subscribed to Nest aware plus, I have 3 cameras, but only 1 if my camera is using the subscription, I can’t seem to add the other 3 cameras, from what I understand I should be able to. I see no option to add another camera.
