What adjustments can be made in order to view computer/phone screens so that they don't look like a bright white screen. I experience this when viewing on my laptop and my iphone

I have purchase nest aware, I have two cameras set up but the video history is still being deleted after three hours. When I look at the Nest Aware in settings on Google Home app it says I need to add compatible devices. Please help
