Nest Audio Not Responding

Google Max Status lights not turning off

I have 2 google max speakers. One of them has an issue where the 4 circle lights in the middle of the speaker do not turn off. I tried unplugging and restarting the device but the issue still persists. Does anyone else have this problem?
