Subscription Query

Have just had an email from Nest saying they have not received my subscription in last 60. Days.In my account it shows I am paid up until June 2023 at a cost of £50.How do I contact nest?

Nest aware update subscription not workin 5 cameras 3 had existing aware 1st generation others none

Have 5 nest cameras 3 have been on a nest (1) subscription the others no subscription. Just subscribed to new nest aware + in order to set up zones on the other two cameras. Don’t want to migrate to google home, using nest app on iOS and web browser....

No event history

I paid 60.00 for the year and I have no video event history(live video history) I'm getting frustrated with nest. Every time I renew this I have some type of problem. If this continues I will just go to swan

Additional cameras

2 cams have been added to existing hello doorbell. They show up on android phone but NOT on computer HPThe hello door camera however does ? How can I get all 3 to show up?Thank you
