I have had my account stopped due to non payment. I had no warning that I can see. Under case no 2-3391000032890 last year we thought we had sent up an automatic subscription renewal agreement. So why has this happened?

Subscription on inactive home

Hi Can anyone help me transfer my subscription over to my active cameras? I’m going round and round in circles on here and have tried all the suggestions to no avail. HELP!! Lol

We got outdoor battery nest cameras and it won’t let me subscribe to aware plus, not even showing the option from the google home, also it won’t add it to the nest app. I try everything. What is the problem ?
