Can’t find subscription option on app?

Initially when I installed nest I could playback history now I can’t and the app does not give option to purchase subscription. Does this mean it’s not available In my area? Thanks in advance.

Cannot move that new face to assign a name

Looking for a way to change the name or create a new face from an incorrectly identified person from my Nest Doorbell. People will be mis-identified by camera and there is no way to change their name other than deleting the face from the other person...
