Nest subscription worthless

This is the worst customer service and product i have ever heard of! To purchase a subscription for the camera i bought you get no help and they want more informatoon from you than you need to vote!!!

I can't change my payment method

I was billed for my yearly Nest subscription on a credit card I no longer want to use. But I cannot find that credit card to delete it. I see that others have had the same problem, but no one seems to have been able to resolve this issue.
