Can’t login to my nest account

Need help with an old nest thermostat as I can’t login to nest account as my password is not longer recognized and nest won’t let me change it, so I can’t migrate and can longer use the thermostat

Paid for Nest Aware Plus for one year

I paid for nest aware plus yesterday and it is not working please advise. I have it on my home computer and my family has the apps on their phone and theirs is not keeping the recording more than 5 to 6 hours
