overpaid subscription

In December 2022 I received an email saying my annual sub of £120 hadn't gone through. I rectified this by changing the payment to a monthly sub of £10. However on checking our account I note the £120 did go through. Therefore we are due a refund of ...

Subscription payments

I keep paying my subscription and they email me to tell me my payment did not go through. Although another page says I am paid up until December. This is very confusing. Please help
