Nest Aware subscription - Shipping ?

I just subscribed to the Nest aware paid the yearly cost for the 30 . I just got an email saying something is being shipped to me. I thought this was just a subscription. What is being shipped ?

Nest aware Subscription

I recently subscribed to Nest aware plus, I have 3 cameras, but only 1 if my camera is using the subscription, I can’t seem to add the other 3 cameras, from what I understand I should be able to. I see no option to add another camera.

No video recordings

since renewing our subscription we are unable to review video history and cannot got back to previous days. Can only see current day.

Incorrect person recognized as familiar face

Why is there no way to correct Nest Aware when it "recognizes" the wrong person? I got a notification that my wife was seen on the front doorbell (odd since she's at work right now), and when I looked at the video the person was clearly not my wife."...

Nest notifications not showing preview video

I have been unable to see any next notifications and the video previews. Something has happened recently where the previews disappeared from notifications. I cannot see them unless I go into the Nest app itself. I am on android s21 ultra and Verizon....
